Summer in the San Juans is so beautiful and inspiring, yet so fleeting! The short summer months recharge our batteries for the long, cold winters ahead. It’s bizarre to think that in just a couple of weeks the Aspen trees above Telluride will start to turn brilliant shades of yellow and orange. At this time of the year, the snow settles on the lofty peaks around us and there is a distinct chill in the air in the morning. Fall is just around the corner, followed very closely by winter.
It is just a little under 12 weeks until the slopes open at Thanksgiving. Telski has released pricing for the early bird season passes. A lot of people are starting to plan their Colorado winter getaway, and a season pass is the best way to get value if you think you will be spending at least 14 days skiing in Telluride.
A season pass for an adult is $1,098. Junior season passes (13-14) are $225 and a child season pass is $175 (6-12 years old). To purchase your 2013/2014 season pass click here.
It’s worth mentioning that Telski are also very likely to release early bird pricing on 5 and 10 day tickets which were $450 and $650 last winter respectively. So keep an eye out for those deals on the Telski website.
