We know online access is important, this information can be found in this guide, or on the printed info sheet in the condo.

Unlike a hotel, we don’t offer daily housekeeping. While we are happy to service your property while you’re there, there is a charge for this. Please contact our team for more details.

You will find the home is stocked with all the basics:

  • Ready-made beds and bathroom towels have been provided.

  • Kitchen stocked with glasses, dishes, and utensils, as well as basic cookware.

  • Your kitchen starter kit includes dish soap, sponge, dishwasher tabs, a roll of paper towels, and kitchen trash bags, as well as disinfectant, windex, and all-purpose cleaner. Salt, Pepper and Olive oil is also provided.

  • Each bathroom is equipped with a starter kit which includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, room freshener and toilet paper.

  • Laundry detergent

The starter kits provided are complimentary and are meant to cover your needs before you get to the store to do your shopping. Daily housekeeping is not included with your stay, but please call if you'd like to arrange additional service.

Your condo is equipped with drip coffee maker and we've provided complimentary local Steaming Bean coffee and coffee filters.

If you are needing to receive a package while you are staying here in Telluride please use the following information. A kind note that mail in Telluride can pose some issues so please reach out with any questions.

You will only be able to ship UPS/Fed Ex to our office. Please send us a note if you are expecting a package with an estimated arrival date and we will notify you when the package has arrived and you can pick it up.

For all USPS parcels, we can happily provide our business PO Box number. We have a $25 pick up/delivery charge for USPS parcels.
