Etta Place 108 is part of a highly sought-after ski-in/ski-out building at the base of Chair 7, with direct access to the River Trail. The complex also features a communal pool (summer only) and a year-round hot tub, making it an ideal retreat for any season. Located just a short walk or a free Galloping Goose shuttle ride from Telluride’s vibrant Main Street, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy the town’s restaurants, shops, and cultural events. (LIT does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.)

The hot tub will reopen on Wednesday, November 25th 2026, but the pool will remain closed until Memorial Day weekend on Friday, May 28th, 2027.
