This Northstar townhome welcomes you to your very own piece of paradise in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a spacious, open-concept living area, dining area, and gourmet kitchen, plus a  garage for storing gear  and private balcony with mountain views. Start hiking multiple trails within minutes in summer, then let the kids enjoy the neighborhood playground. In winter, the chondola and base of chair lift 10 are a 5-minute walk away. If you are a cross-country skier, you can access the Mountain Village trail by foot, just over the hill. No matter the season, Mountain Village's free Dial-A-Ride service will quickly and easily get you anywhere in Mountain Village including the village core where you can catch the free gondola to the Town of Telluride.

FIRST FLOOR
Enter through the covered wood porch into the great room featuring a bright and updated kitchen with all the amenities you need to make yourself comfortable. Enjoy time with family and friends at the dining table, then kick back on the sofa for a movie night, or head out to the deck for grilling with mountain views. On the main level you'll find the garage, living and dining areas, as well as the spacious deck.

SECOND FLOOR
On the second level, there are 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom. There are two guest rooms both featuring queen beds and a shared bathroom. There is a full-sized washer and dryer also located on the second level.

There's parking for two cars in the driveway (sorry garage is not accessible for parking, but you may store skis and bikes in the garage).
