SECOND FLOOR ENTRY LEVEL
Step inside to a welcoming entry-level living space, located on the second floor, where the whole group can gather. The open living and dining area seats six comfortably, with everything you need in the galley kitchen to cook a proper mountain meal after a big day out. The primary bedroom is on this level — a serene retreat featuring a king bed and a spa-like ensuite with a step-in rain shower. A guest bathroom with shower and stacked washer/dryer is also conveniently located on this floor.

THIRD LEVEL
Head upstairs to the third floor, where two cozy guest rooms offer a peaceful escape. One room features a queen and twin — great for families — while the other has a queen bed. Both rooms are bathed in natural light with views that make waking up easy.

The crown jewel is the top-floor deck — a private perch with sweeping, unobstructed views stretching to the end of the valley. Watch the sunrise paint the mountains gold with your morning coffee in hand. It's the kind of view that makes you want to slow down and stay a little longer.

Walk everywhere from here: Main Street dining, the free gondola, Town Park, and the best hiking in the San Juans are all just minutes away on foot. Spruce Street Lookout is simplicity and warmth in one of Colorado's most beloved mountain towns.
