Off a quiet alley, on the second floor of the building, this location is still just one block from Town Park providing an amazing home base for summer festivals or winter sledding, ice skating, and cross-country skiing. A three-block walk takes you to the free gondola and chair lift 8 for easy walk-to-ski access or a scenic ride to Mountain Village. The restaurants, bars, and shops of Telluride's main street are a short stroll away and the free Galloping Goose bus also stops on the next corner to get you anywhere you need to go in town.

ENTRY LEVEL/SECOND FLOOR
On this floor is the kitchen, complete with new stainless steel appliances, is open to the dining and living areas providing an inviting and comfortable space to enjoy time with friends or family. Cozy up on the couch in front of the electric fireplace and stream your favorite flick via the ROKU or gather at the table for a board game. Colorful art and modern lighting throughout this property lend to its charm. Kick back and take in some sun from the Adirondack chairs in the outdoor area. There is also a mudroom complete with ski rack and ample space for coats and gear.

UPPER/THIRD FLOOR
With one bedroom with a king bed as well as a loft space with a queen bed, both on the second floor of the condo, there's plenty of room for four. The primary bedroom features a large flat-screen TV and an elegant bathroom on the second floor offers a vanity space separate from the shower creates ease and convenience in preparing for the day's adventures.

Please note this property does not have a designated parking spot. A W-Zone parking pass is provided for on-street parking.

Great location. Very close to restaurants, shopping and gondola. We had an amazing time staying here. Place is equipped with pretty much anything you need and the staff is absolutely wonderful.

We loved staying here. It was great and in the center of town. The kitchen and living spaces had good amenities. We did have some issues with parking. Parking is on the street only, and if there is a festival going on there will be quite a few cars in town. Once the festival was done we were able to find spots. Overall, we loved our stay and had a great time in Telluride!

This unit was clean, comfortable and pleasant. The check in and checkout were smooth and the location is extremely convenient. The only thing to know is that if you have any issues with stairs, the unit is up one flight of stairs and the bedroom and bathroom are up a spiral staircase. If you are ok with that, highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay - the location was great! Perfect for walking anywhere in town and we were able to find street parking nearby. We spent most of our days outside, but it was lovely to come back and relax in the evening - there's even a great view from the shared balcony outside.

Close to town, great view of the waterfall off the front porch, but what I loved more than anything was that it was the first reasonable check out list I’ve seen from an Airbnb in years. Simply “Leave towels on the ground and load dishes.” Our last location literally had us do 99% of the house work. Wash, dry, and fold towels, load unload dishes, vacuum… it went on and on. I loved that this location didn’t rob me of paying a cleaning fee by expecting me to be the cleaner. THANK YOU!

Our Spruce Street home in Telluride was perfect for our family of 4. We were there a week and it was supplied with all of the kitchen stuff to actually make a meal. It was a great location, a quick walk to the gondola and restaurants in town.

Spruce Street Retreat. This was our second consecutive year staying at this beautiful property! Hosts have thought of everything and our stay felt very comfortable and homey. Property was VERY clean. Kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. Great location. You can walk easily to gondola, shops and dinner. We will definitely stay here every time were in Telluride. Thank you for the wine and coffee. A very classy touch.

This is the second time in less than three months that we stayed in this condo. The location is fantastic!!!! 1-2 blocks from everything e.g, shopping, wonderful restaurants, the gondola, ski rentals and more! No need for a car either. [We have had a car each time and never had any issues with parking.] The condo is clean and tastefully decorated. It’s very comfortable, feels like home and provides multiple peeks at the mountains!! .[ I slept in the loft room this trip with the blinds up so I could fall asleep and wake up looking at the mountains. One night I woke up to the most beautiful sky filled with big stars and constellations.] The owners have thought of everything…humidifiers, fans, extra shelving, iron and iron board, games and baby gate. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion!!! Trash bags, dish soap and dishwasher detergent and much much more. You won’t be disappointed!

We loved staying here. It was great and in the center of town. The kitchen and living spaces had good amenities. We did have some issues with parking. Parking is on the street only, and if there is a festival going on there will be quite a few cars in town. Once the festival was done we were able to find spots.
