Sleeping up to eight guests, this mountain retreat features an open living area with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space perfect for gathering after a day of adventure. Guests also enjoy access to community hot tubs, BBQ grills, green space, and one on-site parking space (first come, first served), making it an ideal home base for every season in Telluride.

ENTRY LEVEL
Enter via a short set of stairs into the spacious great room, where a cozy fireplace, comfortable living area, and fully equipped kitchen welcome your group. Start your mornings at the breakfast bar with a cup of coffee, or gather for a home-cooked meal at the dining table, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light.

SECOND LEVEL
The second level features a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, complete with a separate soaking tub and shower.

THIRD LEVEL
Continue upstairs to find two additional sleeping areas: a second king bedroom and an open loft with captain’s bunks (twin over full), ideal for kids or extra guests. A second full bathroom includes a convenient stacked washer and dryer.

Great accommodations. Lovely space, well equipped , great location to town and skiing. Love the fact it is a 5 minute walk across a small road from Chair Lift 7. This is our second stay- would return !

GREAT location - literally 1 min walk (in ski boots) to Lift 7, and 3 minute walk to the beginning of the downtown attractions. Cozy condo with everything we needed. Super responsive property manager. Had one issue with leaking bathroom sink pipe; was fixed almost immediately.

This is the nicest place we have stayed in Colorado! First and foremost, it is elegantly beautiful inside. The wood floors, marble counters, sealed plaster walls, and elegant lighting make it feel like a western-modern luxury experience! The place is huge. The living room comfortably sits eight, as does the dining-room table. The kitchen is well laid out and both beautiful and highly functional., The appliances are new, and you won't run out of ice! The master bedroom has a king bed and windows along two walls. You wake up to a view of the mountains! The master bath shower is awesome, and the tub felt WINDERFUL after a long hike up and down the mountain! The second bedroom also has a large bed, plenty of drawer and closet space, and a private entrance to the hall bathroom. The third bedroom has queen-on-the-bottom and twin-on-top bunk bed AND a queen sleeper sofa. You can fit a lot of kids in that room! All the beds proved very comfortable--we slept very well! All the rooms were immaculately clean. We did not meet the hosts, but they communicated very well. They left nice welcome gifts for us, which was an added bonus. We came in late and had some trouble with the door code. The host responded immediately to my call and fixed the problem for us on the spot. I really appreciate their responsiveness. All in all, you can't find a nicer place for a family of 5, 6, 7, or 8 people.
