What a great place to stay in Telluride! The condo was exactly as described and the host was very responsive. Excellent location for anything you would like to do in town. Most places are just a short walk away. Would definitely book again next time we're in the area.

Our family of 5 loved this condo! It was very clean and in the perfect location. We loved how close it was to town and the river. Our favorite part was hearing the river right outside our window at night.

Fantastic view of the mountains and river. Great location within walking distance to downtown and gondola. Loved having the river trail just outside and hearing the elk at night.

This is a terrific place to stay. The location is perfect with wonderful views and it is close to everything in Telluride. We had a terrific stay and the leaves and other scenery were breathtaking! The room was very nice and had everything we needed. The hostess was very helpful and accessible.

Clean, cozy place located near the center of Telluride. Nice view of the mountains from the bed. The only downside was the kitchen being essentially in the living room. Overall a good stay!

This was perfect for our stay! We loved the little reading nook overlooking the creek and the trail along the creek being so convenient. It had all the amenities we needed and the directions and communication was marvelous! Definitely a place we would stay again!

This condo is small but does a great job at utilizing the space. It's very clean and has everything we needed. Walking distance to Gondola and restaurants in town. Beautiful surroundings. Good price point. We will stay here again.

We had a truly great experience with Lodging in Telluride. Easy to contact, super friendly assistance, great location, we couldn’t have asked for more. Our unit was super clean, it had everything we needed, the decoration was contemporary and the condo was set up with great taste. Our stay was a success and we had a blast visiting this wonderful, beautiful town and surrounding areas. I would recommend Lodging in Telluride to anyone!

Our first family trip to Telluride was AWESOME! Viking Lodge is in the perfect location - we never used our car (we arrived and didn't use it until we departed 5 days later!) because everything is within walking distance. It's a very short walk to the Telluride Gondola (for visits to Mountain Lodge), the immediate access to the San Miguel River (we enjoyed a view from the bedroom window) was a true highlight, we enjoyed walking along the river trail to Baked in Telluride for daily coffee and donuts and the pool is seconds away from our doorstep! The communication from the Property Management Company (David) was prompt and kind. Unit #313 was a great option, our family of four (our girls are 9 and 6) enjoyed the spacious condo and amenities. Thank you for supplying pool towels (we had forgotten ours at home!). We look forward to returning to Telluride again,! We had an amazing visit, made a ton of wonderful memories and will definitely look to stay at Viking Lodge again! Thank YOU!!

You can't go wrong with this condo! The location is phenomenal. Just a few steps away from Siam and There! Check in was a breeze. Georgina was very quick to respond to all communication. The condo was very well appointed with plenty of towels, extra pillows/blankets, coffee (yay!), toaster, blender, and really great quality shampoo/conditioner/soap. There is also a hot tub and pool steps away and the huge picture window overlooking the creek provided a great place to sit and read a book. I would definitely recommend and hope to get the opportunity to stay again!

Located on the edge of the historical downtown district. Park your car and walk to everything in Telluride, ride the gondola up to Mountain Village. Easy access to hiking trails also. Unit has everything you need.

We came for the Neil Young concert and this condo was perfect! It was very clean and had everything we needed! The location was great, and it was overall a wonderful experience! We highly recommend this unit! Thanks y'all!

What an awesome experience! Our family with 2 young children fully enjoyed our first Summer Telluride visit. I emphasize 1st, because we will be back to stay in this unit several more times in the future. The location of this unit is perfect-park and walk the remainder of your stay. You will be in the middle of everything-free gondola, a few feet from the river, shopping, biking, hiking, and dining all a few steps away. Your hosts, Mindy and Tom, are two of the most wonderful people you will ever have the privilege to meet. They are warm, friendly, helpful, and are very meticulous in maintaining the unit and Viking Lodge. The unit itself has been newly renovated, is extremely quiet, and has wonderful views of the river and mountains. Our kids loved the bunk beds with TVs built into the walls. The King bed was very comfy. We can't wait to return.

We were in town for the bluegrass festival, and our stay at Viking Lodge was perfect for a party of 4. It's on the other side of town than the festival grounds, which means it's very quiet in the evenings. The condo was very well-stocked and Mindy and Tom were always available if we needed anything at all.

The condo was exactly as advertised and even better once we arrived. From the welcome note on our door to our first greeting from the owners, Tom and Mindy. If you get a chance to visit Telluride, please call Tom and Mindy.......They make the difference between any other accommodations in town. My son and I had a wonderful time on our trip. From the beauty of the area, the activities we were able to take advantage of and the extraordinary care and attention of our hosts, Our trip was a "10"! We will be back, and we will call Tom and Mindy for a reservation! This is a part of the USA that people should visit for it's magnificent beauty and seasonal activity. Our hosts made sure that we were advised and up to speed on all of the local restaurants, activities, and history. Fantastic trip, and my utmost recommendation on our accommodations. With two small children 6 and 4, my husband and I couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. Mindy and Tom were so helpful, and friendly, we had everything we needed in the one spot. The ski slopes were seen out the back window, the lift was a short 5 min walk and the gondola maybe 10mins. The beautiful town was only mins away, being able to walk around late evening by myself or with our two small children right next to the ski field was lovely. The gondola being free between the town and mountain was ideal. The children loved walking along the small river/creek, and riding the gondola. There is a small climbing wall in one of the shops down town that they thoroughly enjoyed. Even though we stayed when there was no snow, we had some of the best ski days ever. Coming from Australia, there is no comparison to mountain terrain, snow quality, and no lift lines. Thanks to Mindy and Tom, we are already planning our next trip.

Wow! What an amazing place! My husband and I just returned from an 8-day skiing vacation. We stayed in this unit and can't say enough wonderful things about it or Tom & Mindy! It's perfect for a couple or couple with young children. The sofa is comfy. There are a total of (4) flat screen televisions in the unit (1 in the living room, 1 in the bedroom, and 1 for each bunk bed). The unit is freshly remodeled - granite countertops, Kraftmaid cabinets that stop before you "slam them" (yes, attention to detail was paid :-), a jetted tub, very nice (modern/rustic/chic) fixtures. An abundance of towels and linens will make your stay comfortable. There's a 2-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher and compact fridge to make prepping meals easy. We ate every breakfast there and several dinners. There is no conventional oven, but you don't really nead it for basic food prep. Besides, there are so many great restaurants in Telluride, you'll want to venture out for some of your meals! Tom and Mindy are extraordinary hosts! They were so helpful from start to finish, whether it was assisting us in where to rent skis, get lift passes, figure out the best places to eat, etc. As for the location of the Viking Lodge, my husband and I are ski-in/ski-out snobs...BUT, this place was even better. Here's why: It's 1.5 blocks away from chair lift 7 (Coonskin lift). At the base of that lift, there's a ski rental shop that gladly stores your skis and boots for you every night. So our routine was to wake up, get dressed, walk over, get our stuff and get on the lift just 25 feet away. It was awesome! At the end of the day, you can ski right back down to the shop...or download on Chair 7 if you don't ski blacks/blues. This unit is warm, inviting, with plenty of storage, tastefully remodeled...just perfect. We will definitely be back. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to drop me a line.
