Viking Lodge 315

Viking Lodge is ideally situated in Telluride for easy access to ski lifts. 5 minute walk to Coonskin lift and 8 to the Gondola. The place itself is cozy with all the amenities you might need, as well as easy access to town or the grocery store. It was a squeeze with four but definitely adequate

We had a great time at Georgina’s place. The location was fantastic. We were right on the river trail and able to walk or bike all over town.

Fantastic location just a few blocks from downtown. Quiet but close to the town. Fairly small unit with half kitchen and mini-fridge, ideal for a family with kids. Best for folks who don't mind going up stairs.

Great location to enjoy everything Telluride has to offer. Georgina was a great host and offered a clean and functional space for my stay. Would highly recommend and I will come back. Overall it was a great experience.

We loved our 4 nights in Telluride. We were on the 3rd floor and did cause some unwanted inconvenience to the resident below due to our early morning "lets get ready to be on the trail" activities. For that we are sorry but overall it was pleasant.

My family and I very much enjoyed the accommodations at Viking 315. Though the place was small (which I knew ahead of time), it was perfect for my family of 3 and had plenty of room for all of us and our belongings. The sitting and sleeping areas were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for our use. The kitchen is basic, but more than we needed, as we didn't cook except for coffee and toast. The only negative thing I have to comment on is the refrigerator. When it's running it's loud and somewhat irritating. I would consider renting this property again and would definitely rent with Lodging In Telluride in the future. All my interactions with them were pleasant and helpful. Thanks for letting us stay at your place!!

The Viking Accommodations were fantastic! the beds were super comfortable, the view was great, it's accessible to the ski lift and the rest of town with an easy walk. The room was stocked with everything we seemed to need. Our host was also Amazing!!!! We needed her help the first evening we arrived and in spite of being out to diner with her friends she was available and solved the problem quickly. Thank you for making our weekend together so effortless!

We were extremely pleased with this unit - very clean, quiet, well equipped, beautiful views and a great location for skiing or walking around town. Yes, the unit is small (we knew that going in), but it was able to accommodate our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) with no problem. What a great value - I highly recommend it.

Besides the wonderfully friendly, helpful, and fun personalities of Mindy and Tom--helped us with rides, hikes, Telluride history, replacing a blow dryer, allowing us to stay an extra night, etc.--the location and accommodations cannot be beat. A beautiful view no matter which direction you look (ok, you are in Telluride, probably the case no matter where you stay...) and roomy enough for a family of four. My two boys were thrilled to have bunk beds instead of sharing a pull-out (which they had also, so you could sleep more). Adorable furnishings and decor. Some condos have a front porch, some a back balcony...we had a front porch. We enjoyed sitting out there for dinner, drinks, and even a game of Yahtzee with the kids. A nearby restaurant had live music every evening which only added to the relaxing atmosphere as we lounged on our front porch after a day of outdoor activities. Since we had the front porch, in the back of the condo, we had a reading nook, a perfect spot to read while it was raining or lounge while watching the sunset. The pool and hot tub are great, too. We enjoyed a swim to cool off after hiking in the afternoon and went back for a evening hot tub before bed. Perfect! You can't go wrong with this place. The prices are very reasonable, and we feel we became friends with Mindy and Tom during our short stay. We cannot wait to go back!

Great condo. Perfect location. Clean. Has everything you would need. Very comfortable beds and linens. The pool and spa were great as well. Tom and Mindi were so good to us. Very friendly and took very good care of us and our kids. We will be going back next summer and staying at Viking because of them.

Great value - good location, walking distance to all of Telluride, shuttle to gondola lift over mountain, all key points in town. Scenic view from unit to "river" and moutainside views. Details covered -- extra towells/sheets, full size toiletries (soap, shampoos, etc), well equipped kitchen w/ assorted condiments (salt/pepper, laundry detergent). Agents responsive/prompt in response when booking. Unit as advertised/photos -- built in bunk beds a bonus for our kids (didn't need fold out sofabed). Lots of storage (closets, cabinets). Plenty of hot water; cooking stuff -- fridge is under counter--small, but adequate for our ski season visit.

Everything was PERFECT. I've never stayed in a place so well-designed for people with a lot of "cargo!" Great storage, extremely clean, and supremely comfortable. Tom & Mindy are wonderful hosts!

This property is in the perfect spot to access all that Telluride has to offer. We walked/rode bikes everywhere we needed or wanted to go. The listing description and photos are accurate. The property was clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this property for a summer getaway or ski vacation.

I stayed here during Telluride Film Festival 2011 and I can't say enough about how great this condo was. The bath tub was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was clean and easy to use. Nice easy walk from town, not to mention scenic view up the ski slopes! Waking up in the morning was so nice, it was hard to pull myself away from the windows while staring down at the river and up the hills! Great management, super sweet people who were easy to talk to and very accommodating. I look forward to going back next year so please stay away during Telluride because I CALLED IT! Thank you guys for making my stay at Telluride extra relaxing!

We stayed here during our family vacation to Telluride this past summer. The kids loved the bunk beds. We all loved being able to walk everywhere in town and the view of the creek, mountain, and gondola. Rode the gondola every day. Mindy and Tom were great.
